3-5 days per week -Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time or part-time) -Patients:
8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric -Will consider locums to permanent -Required:
BC/BE and licensed in the state the clinic is -Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated 30 day timeline) -Compensation:
Negotiable -PACE Program:
To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers.
We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly.
-Required:
Board Certified or Board eligible, Active Virginia license Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities.
